Do you confirm and acknowledge the deposit fee of $300 in order to reserve your place in line for your adoption.

* This deposit is refundable (minus $50 processing) for 72 hours, half refundable not exceeding 2 weeks after received, and non-refundable after two weeks post dated payment.

Pick Up/Delivery

Upon choosing your pick, you will be invited to visit the family and litter with both mom and dad dogs in person or via FaceTime or Google Meets/Zoom. If you are unable to visit prior to adoption date we highly encourage you to fly into the DFW airport in Texas, where we'll meet you with your puppy. We are also able to arrange for your puppy to travel with a "Puppy Nanny" either in a vehicle or cabin of a plane. The cost of this service is based upon airline travel prices and/or driving location but will not exceed $750 if within the 48 states of the U.S. With this service, if traveling by air, you will need to meet at the designated airport to receive your pup.

Spay & Neuter Agreement

Our puppies are intended to be loved family pets and are not for breeding. We only accept applications from those that honor this agreement and spay/neuter their dog by the time that they are one-year old. Your new puppy is to be seen by a vet within 2 weeks of adoption for the second round of vaccinations and an appointment for spay/neuter. Record of vet visit with confirmed spay/neuter appointment must be sent in within two weeks for health contract to be honored. Failure to do so will null and void health contract. Health Contract is valid for up to one year and is given at the time of adoption.

Ownership Rights

If at anytime you feel as though your new puppy is not fit for your family, home, or lifestyle or your circumstances have changed and need to re-home the puppy, we reserve the right to bring back ownership to Aprishew Maltipoo. *Policies Subject to Change*
